Return & Refund Policy

  1. Returns
    From the date you get the item, you have 7 calendar days to decide to return it. You are permitted a return if: The product is required to be unused and in the same condition as when you first got it.
    • It must be packaged the way it was sent by the store.
    • You must have proof that you made the purchase (the receipt or order confirmation)
  2. Non-returnable Items
    According to hygiene rules, food or drinks that are opened or consumed cannot be returned. These things listed below are not eligible for returns:
    • Take open bottles of supplements.
    • It is missing its original packaging
    • Gift cards and promotional merchandise
  3. Refunds
    When we get your item, we will look at it and tell you whether your refund is being processed. Should your refund request be granted, the funds will be put back onto your original payment account within 7 working days. Depending on which bank or payment platform you pick, processing can take some time.
  4. Shipping
    You are required to pay the shipping expenses when sending something back. Fees paid for shipping are not refundable.
  5. Problems with Items
    “Safe. Secure. Done with attention and thought. Packaging your products keeps them safe from harm each time." If you own a product that is broken or not the one you chose, kindly report the problem using the order number and a photo together within 48 hours after receiving the item. There is no cost to you if you need to replace or refund the item (Courier cost may be charged for international replacements).
